TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly)

Membership is $59.00 per year for a support group that promotes a healthy lifestyle through exercise and proper eating.

Weekly meetings are held Thursday at the Wildwood Community Hall at 10:00 - 11:00 am

Members belong to an international organization and receive a magazine every two months.
