TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly)

Membership is $48.00 per year for a support group that promotes a healthy lifestyle through exercise and proper eating.

Weekly meetings Thursday at the Wildwood School 5:00 pm. Summer meetings are held in the Wildwood Community Hall

Members belong to an international organization and receive a magazine every two months.
